As the network's native, built-in route, it processes tokens directly without relying on a separate liquidity pool, making it the recommended option for security and reliability. It also has no transfer-size limit, so it is well suited to large transfers.

Withdrawals via the Canonical Bridge (L2 to L1) generally complete in around 12 to 24 hours, though timing may vary depending on network conditions. You can track the status at https://explorer.hpp.io/withdrawals, and once the status shows "Ready for relay," you can claim the funds to complete the L2 to L1 transfer.

The Orbiter Bridge is a supplementary option for specific situations that require faster cross-network movement. Orbiter operates on a liquidity-pool model, and committing excessive liquidity to an external bridge pool is not advisable from either a security or a treasury-management standpoint. For this reason, HPP intentionally maintains only a limited amount of liquidity in this pool.

Because this liquidity is limited, heavy one-directional usage can temporarily deplete the pool, and rebalancing takes some time. If the pool is depleted, please try again shortly or use the Canonical Bridge instead. For large or recurring transfers, we recommend using the Canonical Bridge.
