House Party Protocol is introducing the HPP Quarterly Report (HQR), a recurring disclosure providing the community and holders with a regular, transparent view of business progress. This issue covers product-level progress, liquidity status, and other material updates for the second quarter of 2026.

Certain statements in this report relating to plans, targets, and timelines reflect HPP's assessment as of the date of this report and are subject to change based on actual progress and external conditions.

I. Business Segment Updates

1. HPP Coder (AI Coding Model)

HPP has completed core feature implementation of HPP Coder, an AI coding model built for blockchain and smart contract development. Beyond general code generation, HPP Coder is designed to reflect the specific context of blockchain development, including smart contract syntax, common security vulnerability patterns, and on-chain deployment procedures. The final user manual, intended as a practical reference for developers, is currently in preparation ahead of general release, and the scope of external access will be expanded in stages as the manual is completed.

2. HPP Hub (No-Code Development Platform)

HPP has launched HPP Hub Beta V2. Key additions include the dApp Builder (Beta) feature, which can be used up to three times per day free of charge regardless of credit balance. The dApp Builder allows users without coding experience to build Web2 and Web3 applications, representing a core function of HPP Hub's goal of enabling anyone to build on-chain services.

3. OpenHPP (Agent-as-a-Service, working title)

OpenHPP is currently operating in closed beta targeting a transition to open beta within the third quarter of 2026. OpenHPP enables AI agents to run in a VPS environment without dedicated hardware. During the closed beta period, we are validating runtime stability and operational usability with a limited group of participants. Detailed usage policies will be published alongside the expansion of participation at the time of the open beta transition.

4. x402 (Agentic Payment Rail)

We have completed the registration as an x402 Facilitator and are preparing related services. x402 is a payment rail that supports automated payments between AI agents, and Facilitator registration means HPP is now qualified to intermediate and verify transactions within that payment infrastructure. We are also preparing for the launch of the HPP Router, targeted within the third quarter of 2026. The HPP Router is expected to serve as infrastructure enabling x402-based payments to extend across multiple chains and service environments.

Taken together, HPP's product-level progress in the second quarter reflects a combination of finalizing existing products and preparing new feature releases. With OpenHPP's transition to open beta and HPP Router's launch both targeted for the third quarter, services that have remained in closed stages are expected to progressively expand their reach to external users beginning next quarter.

In addition, we continue discussions aimed at migrating enterprise and institutional clients currently using Aergo Enterprise onto HPP, and expects to be able to share positive developments regarding new client acquisition across a range of industries in the near future. Further details will be announced separately, and in future issues of HQR, as they are finalized.

II. Liquidity and Exchange Listing Status

As of June 30, 2026, the HPP token was listed on the following exchanges:

HPP continues to make every effort to support a smooth transition to HPP for existing Aergo/AQT holders and institutional users.

**Regarding Upbit's Investment Caution Designation

• On June 18, 2026, Upbit designated AERGO with an investment caution notice. On the same date, Upbit requested a written response covering business plans, and token utility.
• On June 25, 2026, we submitted a written response covering:
  • Tokenomics: 1:1 AERGO-to-HPP conversion, holder allocations fully liquid with no lockup at conversion, total supply fixed at a 1.7 billion hard cap, newly issued allocations subject to linear vesting of up to 96 months
  • Business plan: track record at public institutions including the National Health Insurance Service and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation
  • Token utility: governance, payment, and staking functions succeeded by HPP
  • Transparency and security: issuance via the Canonical Bridge only, BitGo custody, CertiK audit, on-chain disclosure, AIP-21 governance approved

III. Other Matters

HPP continues to operate a range of participatory events and programs, including Staking Season, the HPP Party Knights Ambassador Program, educational programs, and past initiatives such as the Gamejam, and plans to expand both the scale and variety of these programs going forward.

During the second quarter of 2026, we have prepared the core products and secured HPP transitions across global exchanges. In the third quarter of 2026, we plan to focus on the general release of the products and will continue to report on this progress transparently through the official channels.
