The HPP DAO is opening its very first community discussion. The proposal on the table is the HPP Party Knights Program, an ambassador initiative designed to fuel ecosystem growth through a curated group of early contributors who actively engage with HPP products and amplify its narrative across Web3 communities.

This is more than a single program proposal. It is the first time HPP's direction is being shaped not from the top down, but through open community deliberation. We invite every community member to read, weigh in, and help shape the structure before it proceeds to a formal vote.

Why Party Knights, Why Now

HPP is entering a critical phase of ecosystem expansion, with HPP Hub, HPP Agora, and HPP Staking lined up for launch. Successful adoption requires more than passive holders. It requires real users who can translate product experience into compelling stories, and contributors who can carry HPP's narrative into the broader Web3 conversation.

The Party Knights Program is built to fill that role. Participants are expected to act as operators, not passive ambassadors.

What We're Proposing

Cohort 1 Structure

  • 30-participant cap, 3-month cohort
  • Monthly reward pool of 35K HPP
  • Target launch date: June 1, 2026

Scoring Model

  • Formula: CQ (Content Quality) × TA (Tweet Activity)
  • Quality floor: CQ below 40 results in zero score for that tweet
  • Active threshold: 1,500 monthly points

4-Tier Reward Structure

  • Platinum (Top 10%): ×2.0 multiplier
  • Gold (Top 11~30%): ×1.5 multiplier
  • Silver (Top 31~50%): ×1.2 multiplier
  • Bronze (Bottom 50%): ×1.0 multiplier
  • Inactive: zero reward

Target Profile Nano-to-micro influencers with 1,000+ followers in the English-language Web3 community.
