1. AIP 21: Participation Incentive

To encourage widespread participation in AIP 21, we are introducing a structured airdrop for all voters.

• Total Allocation: 17,000,000 HPP (1% of the total supply)
• Eligibility: All wallets that participate in the AIP 21 vote

🔹 Reward Calculation:

Reward = Total Pool × (Individual Voting Power ÷ Total Voting Power)

• Rewards will vest over 24 months to promote long-term alignment

2. HPP Tokenomics: Community-First by Design

Under the HPP’s proposed tokenomics model, 76% of newly issued HPP tokens will be allocated to community-focused initiatives. This ensures that the majority of value accrues to the network’s real contributors — users, developers, and ecosystem partners. These tokens will fund:

If AIP 21 passes and we move forward with the Layer 2 expansion, HPP’s upcoming network will be built on the OP Stack — with a long-term vision of achieving full compatibility with the Superchain, a collective of interoperable, EVM-based chains aligned around the principles of open and decentralized blockspace.

• Layer 1 (current Aergo) will remain focused on enterprise-grade infrastructure, compliance, and secure service modules.
