House Party Protocol (HPP) has seen significant price volatility over the past several days, following the conclusion of trading support for AERGO on Upbit. We understand that this has been a difficult period for our community, and we want to address it directly.

Upbit concluded trading support for AERGO on August 3, 2026, and has elected to carry out the AERGO to HPP token swap on behalf of its users at a 1:1 ratio, rather than continuing trading support for HPP. We are grateful that Upbit chose to protect its users by honoring the swap, which reflects the integration decision approved by community governance vote in April 2025. At the same time, we regret that HPP trading is not continuing on the platform, and we recognize the impact this has had on market sentiment and on holders.

This is an unfortunate event. It is not, however, a change in what this project is or where it is going.

Fundamentals remain unchanged

Nothing about HPP's underlying structure, treasury, or roadmap has been altered by an individual exchange's listing decision.

• Fixed supply. HPP has a hard cap of 1,700,000,000 tokens with no inflationary issuance.
• Conservative unlock schedule. Under AIP-21, the majority of new issuance is allocated to the community and released on a long-dated linear vesting schedule.
• Institutional custody and audit. Reserves are held under BitGo institutional custody, and HPP's contracts have been audited by CertiK.
• On-chain governance. Protocol decisions are made through HPP Agora, our on-chain DAO, launched in April 2026.
• Enterprise heritage. The infrastructure lineage behind HPP, developed through Aergo and Blocko, remains in production across public health, logistics, and government use cases.

The business continues to move forward

Our development and business pipeline is unaffected. Work currently in progress includes:

• HPP Mainnet, our Arbitrum Orbit based L2, and the enterprise focused L3 track built on Hyperledger Besu
• HPP Hub, HPP Router, and OpenHPP, our AI-native developer and agent infrastructure
• x402 Facilitator registration, alongside Coinbase, Stellar, and Polygon
• The HPP Ecosystem Grant Program, supporting builders on HPP Mainnet
• Staking Season 2 and the Party Knights Ambassador Program, expanding holder and community participation

Quarterly progress is disclosed publicly through the HPP Quarterly Report.

Liquidity and exchange coverage

HPP remains broadly accessible. Domestically, HPP is listed on every DAXA member exchange other than Upbit, including Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit, and Gopax. Internationally, HPP is supported by exchanges including HTX, Gate, Crypto.com, and LBank and additional global listing and network support discussions are ongoing.

For holders who received HPP through the swap, HPP can be traded and transferred through these venues. HPP is available on Ethereum as an ERC-20 asset and natively on HPP Mainnet, with bridging available through the Arbitrum Canonical Bridge.

Our commitment

Markets move on events like this one. Protocols are built on longer timelines. Our focus has not changed: shipping AI-native infrastructure, growing real usage on HPP Mainnet, and expanding the enterprise and institutional footprint that has always distinguished this project.
